We're so excited to have this platform for the Bramily and we're so appreciative of your patience as we work through glitches and developments! We're thrilled to be building the best community space - our digital campfire - together.

What are the different membership levels and what do they include?

Free Membership: You can join The Bramily for free! That includes a forum and the live chat (Brandi and the twins do drop in and chat with folks).
Premium Membership: If you upgrade to the $50 Premium level, then you also get access to exclusive songs, videos (including livestreams with the band), a Bramily t-shirt, as well as access to unique pre-sale codes for upcoming shows!

How can I access Bramily?

Bramily Website: Go to http://bramily.com
Apple iOS App: Go to the Apple App Store (in the US only for now) and search for Bramily.

Android: A native Android app is in development. In the meantime, you can use the browser on your phone to access content at
http://bramily.com

Can I set my own profile picture?

YES!  Currently, that feature is on the website version of the application only.
Log in to your account at

Click on the person icon in the upper right and select Settings.  
You can set your profile picture here. There is a known issue where your profile picture will not show up on the iPhone app and the developers are working on that.


Can I set my own nickname/username/handle?

YES!  Currently, that feature is on the website version of the application only.

Can I change my email address?

Not at this time but coming soon! We are working on making this feature available on the web app.

How do I know when Brandi goes live?

You will receive a push notification when Brandi or the band goes live! Please keep these enabled so you can keep up to date!

Can I turn off chat notifications but still know if someone from the band is livestreaming?

YES! This feature is available in the app only. The chat is organized into channels and you will have to go into each channel to mute notifications.
In the app, select the Chat icon at the bottom of the screen.
You will see that the chat is organized into channels. Go into a chat channel, click on the Bramily logo in the upper right, and choose Mute Group.

How do I get my fan shirt?

To select your shirt size and address in your profile:
Login to your account on the web at
http://bramily.com
Click on the person icon in the upper right and select Settings
Select t shirt size and update all address fields
Once you have selected your shirt size and filled out your delivery address in your profile, your shirt will be sent out within a week. You will receive an email with tracking confirmation as soon as your shirt is shipped!

How can I slow down the chat so I can read incoming messages?

Never fear!  In the app, you can lightly tap the screen and then the auto-refresh will be turned off and you can read the messages at your own pace.

Can I send someone a direct message?

Not at this time.
