Chorus User Agreement

  1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Chorus (the “Services”), you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
  2. Description of Service
Chorus is a web-based platform that allows musicians ("Creators") to create fan clubs ("Sites") for their fans ("Users"). The Services give Users access to unique content and other benefits provided by the Creators.
  3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activity that occurs under their account. You agree to notify Chorus immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or other breaches of security.
  4. Fees and Payments
Users agree to pay either an annual fee of $100 or a monthly fee of $10 for access to a Creator's Site. This fee may be paid via the payment methods accepted by Chorus. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
  5. Content Ownership and Licenses
Creators retain all ownership rights to the content they post on their Sites. By posting content to a Site, Creators grant Chorus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Services.
  6. User Conduct
Users agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while using the Services and agree not to engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise disruptive to the Services or other Users.
  7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
  8. Limitations of Liability and Warranty Disclaimers
Chorus provides the Services "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Chorus does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, and makes no warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services.
  9. Privacy
Chorus takes the privacy of its Users seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
  10. Modifications to the Agreement
Chorus may modify this Agreement at any time. When we make changes to this Agreement, we will notify Users in a way that we deem reasonable and appropriate.
  11. Termination of Service
Chorus may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without warning.
